Nikon F vs Nikon F6

Nikon F6 (2004) / Nikon F (1959)


1959-2004 : 45 ans séparent ces 2 Nikon F à un chiffre (gamme pro argentique).
Après 61 ans de règne argentique, Nikon retire le F, 6ème du nom de son catalogue (octobre 2020).

La durée de vie d’un appareil argentique était d’environ 10 ans contre environ 4 pour leurs homologues numériques.

Le record est attribué au Nikon F3, produit entre 1980 et 2001 !

L’informatique va très vite, la photo numérique est devenue essentiellement « informatique ». À titre de comparaison le D1 est sortie en 1999, le D6 en 2020. Soit 21 ans entre les 6 générations.
